I make a claim on the record of being the first tandemist to cross the Thames on the cable car. I am pretty sure we were the first as I don't think a tandem with bigger wheels would fit. We had to turn the bars and angle the bike before the doors would shut.
Well worth the cost of admission even though it only takes five minutes.
